My señora loves to talk about the students she hosted. She is always smiling while talking about them. In the bedroom closet, there are names of many people written in beautiful handwriting. She explained to me that everytime a person leaves from the house she writes his or her name on the closet. I thought it was a pretty interesting idea. Furthermore, she told me that she has been hosting students since 1989. She and her husband hosted hundreds of students throughout the past years.
Moreover, my señora took pictures of me as well. She said that that she saves the pictures of the students she hosts. She showed me the collection of the picture she has. I was really suprised to see how many people from different cultures she hosted throughout the past years. She hosted people from the U.S, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Anyhow, she cried for a while after she showed me a picture of a student she had from France who died in a accident on his way to the airport. I felt really sad for her because she said he was one of the best students she has ever met.
