¡¡¡¡¡blog numero cinco!!!!!

I love Spain! I had originaly wanted to go to Pamplona over the weekend but I am so glad that I decided not to go after all. Although I have heard from a few people that it was fun, the majority of people I´v talked to about it said that it was not good at all. People told me that whenever you walk outside this awful smell hits you. Everybody is going to the bathroom in the streets, not to mention showering, eating and sleeping in the streets as well. There were thousands of people there so there was constantly a crowd wherever you you went and most people weren´t even able to see the bulls during the three minute run because it was too crowded. It´s not that I don´t like the holiday, I just think that if I do ever decide to go, I would definately go on a weekday.

My trip over this last weekend was absolutely wonderful! We first decided to go to Avila on saturday morning to see the thousand year old wall that surrounds the small town. We all got to go up to the top of the wall and walk around. The view from up there was beautiful! You could see country and mountains for miles. Ella, Jennifer and I decided to stay the night in Avila so that we could go to El Escorial on Sunday. So, Sunday morning we got to go see the monistary in Escorial which has almost a thousand rooms, beautiful artwork and an even more beautiful maze gardin in the back. We also got to see where many of the old kings and queens of Spain are burried. It was eerie to think that the king of spain has probably been here and knows that he is going to be there eventually. I would feel strange viewing that for myself but I suppose it is quite an honor.

Qiero vivir aqui.
