La ciudad Rodrigo, La Alberca y La Miranda del Castañar

En domingo yo fui a la Ciudad Rodrigo, La Alberca y Miranda. Fue un magnifico viaje. Fui con la Universidad del grupo del Salamanca que consistió 29 personas. El guía llamado Daniel. Él es fuerte con gafas, es amable, simpático, y tranquilo. fui sola pero inmediatamente encontré a nuevos amigos por este viaje. Una mujer joven de Alemán llamado Juliana, dos profesoras que uno es de Italia llamado Silvana y otro es de Brasil (¡O Dios mío yo no puedo recordar su nombre!). El autobús salió de Salamanca a las 9 de la mañana a la Ciudad Rodrigo. El viaje tomó 2 horas. Nosotros quisimos visitar a la catedral pero la catedral esta ocupada y nos no permitió entrar. Por eso, fuimos a otros lugares. Alrededor de la ciudad hay paredes muy larga que debían proteger la ciudad de cualquier ataque. Hay sólo un paso para entrar en la ciudad pero es dividido en dos arcos. Un paso con arco grande y otro es paso con un arco pequeño. El paso es usado para soldados que hacen rondas. Los soldados iban del paso con arco grande y en el paso con arco pequeño.

Comimos la comida en Plaza Mayor de Ciudad Rodrigo y después nosotros fuimos a la catedral. La Catedral de Ciudad Rodrigo es bonita igual de todos catedrales en España (yo pienso que es igual). Quería comprar regalos en Ciudad rodrigo pero no hay tiendas están cerradas. Espera, no, no es verdad. Hay un tienda que está cerrada pero esta tienda no tenía algo interesantes. Entonces, nosotros conseguimos ir a La Alberca en el autobús. En la ciudad de La Alberca las calles son estrechas. Las paredes en las casas es más antigua que las paredes en las casas aquí. El lugar situada subiendo la colina. Por eso el tiempo es bueno. Hace calor pero no hace mucho calor y hace viento fuerte. Este lugar es famoso por su dulce llamado turrón. Aquí las tiendas están cerradas. Yo compré tres turrón y dos camisetas. Después La Alberca nosotros conseguimos a La Miranda del Castañar.

It is a very small town where like the Ciudad Rodrigo, the town is being surrounded by thick strong walls and it is in a secluded place. There isn’t much of entertainment they could do but they seem content and at peace with their lives. They aren’t too bothered with things that usually happened in the bigger city. Like for example car accident. There are cars outside the walls but there are no cars inside La Miranda del Castañar. The streets are so narrow that it only fit 2 or 3 people (depending also upon the size of the person) so a car is out of the question. The other thing that get my notice is the size of the doors. The door size is practically my height and some I need to bend down so I would not hit my head. Like the town of La Alberca, Miranda del Castañar is situated on top of the hills. There is one cool store that to reach it you need to go down deep. It sells gorgeous items from soap, perfume, alimentos, pocket knife, jewelleries, etc. The place is comforting and if you aren’t planning to buy anything don’t stay too long in there because you’ll end up buying something like I bought my cool pocket knife. A word of advice if you are taking this trip make sure you go to the ladies or the men room before you arrive in Miranda del Castañar because it is difficult to find rest room. Bars in this little town are short in number. Another thing the prices in La Alberca is much more expensive than in Salamanca city. Don’t ask me why but they are.
