Concept of Time in Spain

The concept of time in Spain is completely different than that of the United States. In the states when you are late to class the professor will look at you than look at the clock. My first day of classes was stress full because I was late to every one of my classes. Little did I know that if I am a few minutes late it is not a big deal. The professors in the states will tell you to wait until after class to get the handouts. My professors in Salamanca will walk the handouts over to you without hesitation. Also when you telll your professors in the States sorry for being late they get more frustrated with you, in Salamanca they will say no problem. I would be nice if the Stated could adapt this same concept of time.
We have class all day and by the time I get to my last class I am spent. The professor that I have for my last class is incredibly boring so I feel as if my day is never going to end. At first it was fun because we got to work in pairs on in-class projects. But for the past few days we have had to sit and listen to her talk for an hour. Yes, I know that it does not seem so awful but she speaks in a monotone voice. Every teacher is different but she is by far the most boring professor I have ever had. Most of the time I just find myself gazing out the window looking at the beautiful architecture.
